They were great. They came out quick. They gave us a quote that was competitive. They showed up relatively when they said they were going to. I think there was a little bit more of a delay getting started than we anticipated but they said they were really busy. They told us that up front. When they showed up they did the work and everything turned out nice. The people that worked for them were fine.

The crews showed up on time and were very thoroughly when explaining what was going to be done. Took the time to ask exactly what we wanted. Removed all dirt as well. Overall, no complaints at all – would definiting use again. Fencing is pricey no matter who you use.
The sales guy was great and knew what he was talking about. The only complaint I would have is that I didn’t know it had to be custom ordered and it took a long time to arrive. I was gone when it was installed, but overall I am happy with the end result.
We purchased a privacy fence from Fox approximately two years ago. During a recent wind storm, a hinge broke on our gate. When I called Fox, they immediately sent out an estimator to investigate. Just a couple of days later, a crew showed up, fixed the gate and left. No charge. No fuss. I was blown away! I had been expecting, at best, a drop shipped hinge that I’d need to install.

We had them install a fence along one side of our property to completely fence in the back yard. They came for an estimate when promised and made recommendations on the type of fencing and fencing height which were very helpful. We are very pleased with the end result and would definitely use Fox Fence in the future.
